The company seems very good about responding to negative reviews on pricegrabber. I usually don't order from a pricegrabber-listed company if it has less than 1000 reviews, with a large majority of positive, as it's easy to manipulate the reviews there.

Their website seems fairly legit-looking. I dunno, man, maybe you should just buy a less expensive telephone.

I believe ABT is a pretty big deal in Chicago.

It passes the first test - Not a Brooklyn based company

But I would hazard a guess and think that it's a refurb product at that price. Guess you could always call them and confirm.
