Should i trade my Toyota in for a Mazda

I have 2004 Toyota Corolla with 31k miles on it. Shoul i trade it in for a new Mazda 6 ? Mazda has 3k rebate on 04 Thru. Tmw..
 
i was seriously thinking about turning in my nissan for the mazda6. the 6 is the car i really wanted, but it wasn't quite out yet by the time i was needing a new car.

plus my nissan is a POS.
 
i think with such a new car you're just gonna get raked over the coals, that being said, i love my 3, and although they are all really nice, the service dept at my dealership does kinda leave something to be desired on their ability to have parts in stock, but that could be just mine

Exactly. If trading it in doesn't put you upside down on your current loan then its a draw for me as to whether you should or shouldn't. If you would be upside down don't do it.
