Should I trade in my DFI Lanparty NF-4 for an Expert?

I am beginning to regret buying the older mobo now that the new one is out. Price is nto an issue. Stability and overclockability are my main concerns. I have been having random lockups with my existing combo of Lanparty and OCZ Platinum.

So should I upgrade it now while I can still RMA it or is it still to new and buggy?
