Is Centrum a good choice?

I only have that in my house right now, but if others are better I can try them out. Or if they're a better value, etc.

Yeah, I take centrum, it's alright...
Though its more of the centrum performance 🙂.

I take Usana vitamins every morning along with a generic Fish Oil capsule. Does me good.

I'd highly recommend you know what fish oil you're consuming. What part of the fish, what kind of fish, the age of the fish, and how old the oil is. Otherwise you could run into problems.

I take Nature's Best Fish Oil and they did not expire, do not contain any metals, and has high levels of EDF or whatever.

I asked my friend if I should take them, he said ask a doctor first. Now since most multi-vitamins are on the shelves, they would not normally put harmful stuff there, especially things that are intended to help the body.

I am starting to work out a little bit and my diet is not as balanced as I wish it was. There is little time to prepare ahead and I am too uncoordinated.

So is taking multi-vitamins a good move?

How is centrum?

Get mega-men from GNC, regardless get one WITHOUT iron. Women lose blood during period, men don't. Get one W/O iron

Bach didn't eat multi-vitamins. Or Edison or Da Vinci for that matter, so I'm not gonna. I have been eating a tablespoon of blackstrap molasses and two tablespoons of flaxseed meal a day though.

If you think about what you eat you can get all the vitamins you need, it's not too tough. Have an orange, some oatmeal, some meat, some dairy, etc.

Bach, Edison, and Da Vinci were wealthy and ate very well. Their food was probably much more nutritious than what we eat today.

Bach was not wealthy. I don't have much history on the diets of Europe 300 years ago, but I know that the aristocracy of China ate unhealthy food, being rich doesn't mean you eat more healthy foods, usually they ate better tasting foods.
