No, you should sell your 2x1 GB sticks, so you can buy a second 2GB stick. With RAM, the fewer sticks you have, the better. Of course, you won't gain anymore performance by doing what I suggest-- you're already running all 4GB in dual-channel. But, the longer you hold on to those 1GB sticks, the harder it will be to get anything for them, as people start upgrading to 2GB sticks. For instance, how much would you pay someone today for 2x512 MB sticks? Three years ago, that was the maximum any of us had in our computers.

edit: Maybe that was 4 years ago.
