have u tried OCing it to ultra speeds? or do you want to run at strock with your GPU? likely you could hit close to ultra with that GT...

you need to think- eventually - about selling it and it's resale value ;)

i'd be thinking about the followin two points:

will it be "worth" $65 more then? [no idea - but doubtful]

will there be a substantial performance increase? [not likely]

You decide.

I would upgrade. The ultra has the better PCB board with two molex connectors etc. It is just cooler. You won't notice the speed difference, though ;)

no way, hang onto the gt for now and put the $65 towards your next card. you can already achieve ultra speeds yet you don't feel the need to even use it.

yup...keep the GT...since u said u can OC it to ultra speeds it would be useless paying $65 for the ultra. save it n buy a good fan for ur card or for the next gen cards soon 2 be out.

you have a potential ultra with a single slot, less cooling needing card right now. Ultra is a no-no... use that extra slot for cooling the card instead

Is less than a .05% difference in performce that noticable?

I'd spend the money on beers and a cheap hooker.
