E6400 @ 3.2Ghz @ 1.35v
Gigabyte DS3
Generic Samsung DDR2-667 running at 400mhz 4-5-4-12 (Can reach 440mhz but reboots when loading desktop. At 434mhz complete super pi 32m but not prime95.)
FSB @ 400mhz

The Samsung ram didn't come until today (I ordered like a month ago), so last week I bought OCZ Platinum DDR2-800 5-5-5-12 ram. Now since the generic ram is able to achieve 400mhz with only +2v, should I keep it since it costs only $150 shipped to my house. The OCZ ram costs $210 shipped to my house which I can sell back out on eBay for the same price.

I would go with the OCZ PC2-6400, since you can run that at 1:1 at 400 FSB without overclocking. As it stands, you are really pushing that generic ram, and who knows how long it will remain stable at that speed. I should also mention that the rev1 OCZ Platinum PC2-6400 has rated timings of 4-5-4-15 @ 800, while the rev2's timings are rated at 4-4-4-15 @ 800. The 5-5-5-12 timings pertains to the Gold kit.

Running the system for few days now, it did not crash (dual prime 95 torture test for 15 hours). The Samsung DDR-667 @ 800mhz 4-5-4 ram is running at 2.0v. If I want to keep the samsung ram, should I change the timing to 5-5-5 and up the voltage to 2.1? I don't mind given up little performance for $70. :p
