Should I shoot all 3 of my hard drives ?

On my rig I am using iCage which allows for 3 hard drives to be connected and 120mm fan ....


Im thinking why not backup all 3 of those drives into a 1TB external ,

so I can take out the icage and fan too 120 1300rpm that noise will be gone and hard drive noise will be gone.
