Hi Again.
I understand your concern about shipping to Israel can be a possible fraud.

to make sure that i am a real (paying) persion i can send you a scaned copy of my passport and my credit card - for your insurance. allso you can check with paypal that i am a verified user.

I have no interest in frauds of any kind... I am aware of the scurity problem beeng a new ebay user without any feedback.
I just want to buy a DFI Lanparty SLI_DR motherboard, some of yours OCZ 2GB memory, Opteron 165 and 7800GT - BUT I HAVE NO INTEREST TO PAY 50$ EXTRA FOR THE SAME PRODUCT th other seller just because he will shipp to Israel.

Thanks again.
XXXXX XXXXXXX.

Please Check my palpay account: boris.belenky@gmail.com

This is on Ebay. SHOULD I TRUST THIS GUY? The buyer insists that he is for real. But he has 0 feedback....
My auction currently blocks out countries other than the US, UK, AUS, and CAN because those countries fall under the seller protection policy.

When some guy was trying to scam my parents, I had them ask to talk to him via phone. He claimed he had just had ear surgery and could not hear. :D

EDIT: If you think it might be a scam, it probably is. Not worth the hassle.

The buyer is insisting he is not a scammer...as opposed to admitting it? I don't think they're quite /that/ stupid. :p

As Tu13erhead said -- if you think it's a scam, don't risk the trouble.

Good job on blocking out Boris's name at the end there.

Don't take the risk though. Somebody else will buy it eventually..

Yea but they are not for international transactions, or are they?

I think the only protection I have is if I make the buyer do a wire-transfer, but that offers no protection for the buyer...

Yea his paypal account is legit. BUT!

1. But he could be using a fake credit card

2. He could be using a legit credit card but international buyers are known for doing charge-backs (claiming they never recieved the item when they actually did)

I will be screwed if either of those occurs.

The service is called escrow, and only do it if you trust the escrow service.

Don't do it, not worth the hassle.

then don't fvcking sell it! DUH!

come on use your damn head. you obviously are weary of the situation if you posted on here, and then you give 2 more reasons how it could be a scam even though his paypal is legit.

you obviously don't want to do this transaction but you are just looking for support to tell you not to do it. just don't do it.

Boris Belenky? Doesn't sound very jewish to me. Or perhaps I'm just bigoted.

I wouldn't bother with it because it would be easier to sell it to someone local (at least to your own country), its not like there is no demand for those items.

lol - was supposed to be a lighthearted prod at his lack of spelling skill..I doubt many intelligent people would ask you to check their 'palpay' account. Unless perhaps he is dyslexic? :p
