Should I RMA my mobo to MSI?

I am having issues with my mobo, being the fact that it doesn't overclock well anymore, and I know its the mobo because I have tested my parts on a separate computer. While looking upon the RMA form for MSi, I came across the following symptoms which I might get a replacement mobo, since the symptoms are true.

-Power LED not work
-Reset does not work

So, my overall question, would I get a replacement mobo?

Very sure, I switched em around too... The reset became a power button, and power didn't work.

Ugh, I now learned 5-8 weeks for them to fix em, even though they say 4... But, also learned I had more issues, never noticed, but DANG... 2 floppy pins came out (wth... I can't even pull one out)... So I might as well talk to a customer support dude :|:D
