should I RMA my board?

I just received my refurb shuttle ak31a mainboard from newegg, but I noticed something funny. On the bios chip, the sticker says phoenix bios, but the manual says it should be award bios. Did someone switch the bios chip? Should I RMA it? I can not test the board because I am still waiting for the cpu and video card. What should I do?

It was probably a bad BIOS originally and they put in a new BIOS, I don't think you should worry about it, but if you have huge problems, posting or something like that after you get your stuff in then you might want to RMA it.
