Should I RMA my A7V133 mobo?

Should I RMA my A7V133 mobo? I installed WIN2K and flashed 1007. It worked fine several days.. It locked up right after testing RAM since yesterday,. I cannot even get into the BIOS setup. I tried clear CMOS, but it didn't help.
Is it something wrong w/ my mobo?

BTW, this mobo is refurbished. I cannot return it because Newegg offers only 30 days warrenty. I shouldn't bought refurbished item..
Do you think Asus would accept RMA?

Yeah your motherboard is messed up. I had the A7V133 for about 2 months and then it started messing up my RAM. I sent back about 5 sticks of RAM in a few week period. I then sent back the motherboard and they replaced it. A week ago TCWO told me the motherboard model is bad and eats up RAM. Asus will probably refund in some way.
