Should i ride the short bus? (a7v manual wrong)

I am trying to change the multiplier to on an A7v but the ones in the book seem all wrong. 900mhz setting posts 700?? on on off off on on correct? if not where can i find the correct settings? please let me know gently if im an idiot.

Ok, is your chip originally a Duron 700Mhz?

Are your dipswitches 5 and 6 set to ON?
