i ordered a $2 meal deal from the drive thru which includes a drink, bag of chips, and a beefy burrito. i asked them to substitute the beef with beans. i drove off and came back around because they forgot the chips. then i drove off. i take a bite of the burrito and find out they forgot to substitute the beef! luckily my bite only took off some nacho cheese and bread. i drove back and they apologized and gave me a free cinamon twisters though. does this chain of events warrant a letter to TB management? 2 mistakes on one order?

Dont worry, taco bell does not use real beef. So you want to report the employees for substituting something that does not exist?

~~ EDIT ~~

On second thought, your going to complain about a $2 order being wrong? Kinda vain dont you think?

Absolutely. Writing a letter is the most direct way to handle your misfortune.

I think I've pissed $2 worth of beer tonight so I'd say no on the Taco Bell.

You poor dear! How are you holding up? Ok?

Such an outrage needs to be reported, not only in person by you to their President at the TB corporate office, it needs to be brought before the UN.

2 mistakes on . . . one order? Your human rights have been violated! Get Nelson Mandela on the horn, he's gonna' want to know!

Btw, what type of women's undergarments do you normally sport under your dockers there, Imelda? Kinky pinky or slut-stained gray? :awe:

Umm... it's a fast food chain. That best thing you'll get is a generic "We're apologize for the inconvenience" form letter and a voucher for some free nachos.

Since you dealt directly with the local establishment and they attempted to resolve the situation, I don't think you should take it any further. If you hadn't gone back to the local establishment, I'd still suggest doing so before going to corporate.

What would you hope to accomplish by going to corporate? Someone fired? Free food? Just to whine and feel better? Hehe :p

If they screwed up everyone's order (or even many orders, really), they wouldn't have customers at all so they must be doing something right. Sometimes people make mistakes and it can't be avoided, yeah? It just sucks to be the order they mess up on.

You did the right thing by going to the store first and you'll continue to do the right thing by leaving it at that since there was a mutually-acceptable resolution.
