Should i replace my 7800gt?

When i played Ghost recon advanced war fight and Need for speed carbon , i get artifacts and the game freezes for 5-10 seconds. I just checked the temperature of my 7800gt while play ghost recon and it was at 99 degrees celcius. When i checked many months ago, the temp would be 76C at load so does this mean that the gfx card is really messed up because of overheating?
 
After cleaning it with a dust cleaner, the temperature seems to have dropped back down to 67C, i was experiencing any artifacts or freezing in carbon. hopefully it continues to stay like this, thanks for your help.
