Should I push my luck with Elixir?

So I bought a set of Elixir Polyweb strings a few weeks ago and managed to break the low E string when I was restringing my guitar. I can't imagine that I would accidentally tune low E up a whole octave, but who knows. A guy I know suggested that I e-mail Elixir and ask for a new set of strings. Sure enough, I got my new strings today.

Nanowebs. I've never tried them, but according to the box, they have a bright tone and feel like regular strings. I like the way my guitar sounds now, and I really like the smooth feel of the strings. So should I send another e-mail to Elixir and ask for Polywebs, or should I just give the Nanowebs a try?

Try the Nanos

If you don't like 'em, accidentally tune your low E an octave too high.

Repeat previuos process, specifically asking for Polywebs.
