should i overclock my mx440

i have an Aopen G4 Mx440 and i was wondering if i should overclock it.
i have the latest driver and i have a P4 2.0 Ghz
id really appreciate any feedback

And get your self a cheap 8500LE or 4200TI.

if anything, go for a memory overclock.
