Should I need my cosair sp140?

I am going to purchase a swiftech 240-x. I was wondering is the stock fan in h240-x good enough or I should keep my corsair sp140 and replace the stock fan with it?

Are your temps to high with the sp140? You have to run the h240 and see what your temps are and go from there.
