I say do it. I went from about 200 to just under 180 since New Year's and I'm roughly your height (a bit taller), and the difference is very noticeable. The first 10-15 pounds was mostly dieting/cardio, the last 10 have been weights.

Do high rep weights with lots of cardio when you're trying to lose weight. Lift heavy with low reps and very little cardio when you're bulking up.

So can I do (I'm burning a bit of weight to) body weight exercises? Weightless pushups, crunches, pullups, dips, squats?

<---- lost approx 15 lbs. needs to lose about 10 more. Man, these last 10 or so is harder than losing the first 10, heh. But 90 lbs! good job dude! Keep it up
