Should I leave negative feedback for cancelled order?

Do you guys leave negative feedback for cancelled bid winner or order? I'm not sure if I should leave negative or nothing at all.

More than likely you'll get a retaliatory negative feedback in return... i just file the non paying bidder and get my listing fee back.
