Should I leave my internship for the day?

I intern for the District Attorney and my boss isn't here and she hasn't returned any of my calls on whether or not she needs me for the rest of the day. Usually i come in at 9 and am allowed to leave @ 1 if nothing's going on which is the case today...

should i leave?
 
Just to throw a wrench in your plans, I say stay till 1.

EDIT: Only 1 of the diamond members say to leave. The other said leave at 1.

I walked into the office this morning when my boss asked me what I'm going to do today. My reply? "I brought a book."

Ahh, I love the off-season.

im interning too, and whenever i know my bosses are out on an apt and wont be back till well after i should've left... i leave many hours early ;x
