Basically, i got a system from work last week and dont know if i should keep it.
Its a
Asus a7v333
palimino 2100+ (has after maket fan and fs)
1.5 gb ddr-sdram
2x40gb WD 7200 rpm hd's
geforce4 mx
Coolermaster case Link but doesnt have window
Antec 430 watt ps
48x tdk internal burner

Take the ram and add it for yourself and see if it will run at the speed you need.
2gb is never bad, then as for hard drives, I am almost running out of my 80gb so I dont see how you are surviving on your 1 40gb, I say take both of them and run them on raid 0 mode if you can and keep your old one for backup. The case and powersupply I am sure are better than yours so swap those.

Now you can sell what's left over to someone.

I have that MB, and it is running an XP2700, and will take more, maybe even a Barton ! It's this third fastest in my house (out of 8). If you don;t want it, let me know, and I will send you the shipping to send it to me !

I couldnt use this ram in my good system. I have twinmos pc3200 in there with ch-5 chips. This stuff wont hit 200fsb plus im not mixing and matching. Actually my case is an Antec sx835II with 350watt antec ps. The case i have is nice and very steardy
