Should I keep my wheel?

I have a Logitech G27 and wheel stand pro that I've really enjoyed using on my ps3, but it seems like there are no racing games on the way to make me want to hold onto it. For over a year, I've been pretty much done with GT5 and Need for Speed Shift was lots of fun on this thing, but I don't really see myself going back and playing them. Is it time to say goodbye, or are there any sim racing games on the horizon?

There's a rumor that GT6 is coming out this year for PS3, one of the heads at Sony said so. But, they haven't shown anything yet, and you have to give them at least a year after they first show the game to delay it, so I don't know if it will be coming out soon.

Yeah, when I read the story online, all I could do was laugh. I would be pretty shocked if there is a GT6 coming out later this year since they haven't said much about it, and they did such a horrible job trying to get GT5 out. We saw screen shots for what, like 3 years before it came out?

Well, that's what I'm trying to figure out. If there are games coming within the next year then maybe I'll hold onto it. As of right now, I don't know of any, but I don't keep up with the gaming industry nearly as much as I used to so I don't really know of any upcoming games, racing or not.

Remember Grand Turismo Portable? It was supposed to be a launch window game for the PSP but didn't come out until 2009, five years after it was announced. Polyphony spends all that time and money making sure the tracks, physics, and cars are just perfect, yet they still haven't fixed the game's rubbish AI.
