Should I just get the MSI 645 Ultra333?

I will be getting a P4 system soon, and comparing all of the options that I have, I decided to go with the MSI 645 Ultra333. I can get that at mwave.com for $82, and there isn't another board that performs very decent for that price tag. I was wondering what all of you thought about this choice? Is there a better board for the money right now? Should I consider Intel 850 w/ Rambus? And what about other P4 DDR boards? The Intel 845 is a little more pricey, and I rather spend that money on other parts if there isn't going to be a big difference in performance. What P4 board would you recommend for someone who is looking to spend as little as possible?

I have worked with the MSI 645 Ultra333 and the 845 Ultra-AR (Intel 845 DDR). Of the two, I liked the 845 Ultra-AR much better. To me it seemed more substantial/solid... not that the 645 Ultra333 crashed or was unstable. It is just my perception that the 845 is much more solid.

That said... for the price, the 645 Ultra333 is a great deal.
