Should I install Win2k service packs?

I been searching the forums and it seems installing the service packs for Win2k is recommended. Any particular reasons why it's so recommended?

My Win2k rig has been rock stable for months so far so I've been holding off installing them. My thinking is, if it ain't broke, don't fix it.

it fixes many many security holes and tons of other stuff.

Yes, I agree that the SP's for Win2K do fix certain things, but be cautious as with any update/upgrade.

I had to ZZTOP a couple of DELL's that decided that they didn't like the Win2K SP. Many of the updates have gone without any issue though.
