Should I install Win2k on this system?

I've got some spare parts sitting around and decided to throw them together and make myself a little dialup server. It's only use is going to be to connect to the internet. Other than that it's just going to sit in a corner and hum.

Right now I've got Win98 on it, but Win2k would be better since it's more stable. Here's the specs:

Celeron 466
64mb pc100 (can add another 64mb if absolutely needed, but I'd like to keep it like this)
4 gig hdd
on-board everything except NIC and modem

Should I install Win2k on the system or keep win98 on it? Not sure how Win98 would work for a dialup server...

Can you even use Win98 for this? I have never tried..If your going to use any Microsoft OS for this, I would go for the Win2K. Just add another 128+ Ram and will be happiest.

That's more than enough for Windows 2000. It's not going to be happy, but as long as you don't ask too much of it, it should work with no complaints.
