Should I install the SP1 November 2004 CD or download from MS?

Just as the subject line says. The Office 2003 Pro package I bought came with an SP1 CD dated November 2004. Should I install the SP1 November 2004 CD or download from MS? I let Office 2003 and XP go to the MS website for updates but the descriptions of the SP1 download are pathetic and don't explain whether or not they are newer than the Novemeber 2004 CD.

Any idea's?
 
Compared the files on the CD to the ones available for download and the names and numbers were a complete match so I installed the files on the CD for now.
 
Worst case is that you'll just need to download a smaller update from the Office Update site if you install the update from the CD.
