When I hit my Task Manager, it shows TWO Rundll32's running in my WinME. Is this normal? I don't remember seeing this before. If it's not, what should I do to get rid of one?

I read somewhere that there's a Trojan which shows up as 'RundII32' (notice the two capital 'i' instead of 'l') in TaskManager. Due to the font used, the difference between those two files is impossible to tell.

Of course, it could be that nothing is wrong, but checking for Trojans might not be such a bad idea :)

Yipes! You had me worried. OK I've done a full virus scan and trojan horse scan and didn't find anything. I also verified that both files are Rundll32.exe and both have the same file size, creation date and come from the same folder. It's the same file, running twice...

Any more ideas?

Some things in Windows rin as Rundll32. Like the tray icon for changing display settings.. you've got two of the same thing going (starting twice?), or two things using it.
