should i have network balancing?

Network load balancing only would try to provide Guaranteed connectivity. If you only have a small network at home, you will not neet Network Load Balancing. Now, if you had a large network (or even a medium sized network) and you wanted to provide the best reliability for your end-users, you would either setup Load Balancing NIC's, Load Balancing Switches(Layer 3 or higher)/Routers, or a server Cluster where multiple servers act as one server. So if one server were to go down, another would be in it's place to provide reliability.

In another words, no you do not in your network.
