u look better now. when i looked at the original pic, it reminded me of a pedafile.....(not saying that ur not one with the hair....or that u ever were one)
 
I'd say leave it shaved. On a somewhat unrelated note, shaved you looked a little bit like Ben Linus from "Lost". Not that that is necessarily good, or bad.

Yes, grow your hair back immediately. Unless you're a marine, it's too short.🙂
 
Grow it back, but differently. Keep the soul patch area shaved. Grow the goatee and moustache back and let it fill in on the sides between the moustache/goatee. I think that would look better. But then that's how mine is 😛

Soul patch? 😕 I can't fill in the sides, hair just doesn't grow there. 😛
