Should I go with the Radeon 32 DDR OEM or Retail?

Only difference between the boards is retail has 5.5ns chips, and OEM has 6.0ns chips. If you are not overclocking, OEM will be fine.
 
Not quite.
Retail 64 meg VIVO = 5.5ns ram, 183/183 clock
OEM 64 VIVO = 6ns ram, 166/166 clock
All 32 meg OEM and retail with fan = 6ns, 166/166
Some cheap OEMs with no fan = 6ns, 148/148

THIS is the deal you should go for!
 
I don't think there is any difference between the OEM and retail 32MB. I believe oldfart is correct. The only one that is clocked at 183 is the retail 64, AFAIK.
