Should I go with 2x2GB DDR 800 or 4x1GB?

Is there any reason why I wouldn't want to go with 4x1GB sticks of DDR 800? I'm running Vista 64-bit.

If you are gonna use 4 sticks then you can forget about 1T timings. This will cost you in performance a bit. It is also more likely to run into compatibility problems with 4 sticks unless of course your memory is included in the QVL list of your mobo manufacturer.
