Should I go to the mens room when I blow my nose?

I'm sick and need to use kleenex a lot

I work in your typical office cubical environment. Should the people around me just ignore the harsh sounds of me blowing my shnaus, or should I be polite and go to the mens room and do it?

I think it's fine to blow your nose in your cube. The only time I'd excuse myself to blow my nose is if I was at a restaurant.

If it just the occasional blow, then no problem.

yep, u might want to keep a bottle of purell at your desk to clean up the germs.

Just because you don't get snot on your hands doesn't mean that you're not getting germs all over your hands. I'll bet you those germs are small enough that the kleenex doesn't filter them out.

Oh yeah, I forgot to mention that. We have a hand sanitizer dispenser near the door, so I just use that. I also carry hand sanitizer in my bag wherever I go.

If you're sending in an exploreing team, go to the Men's Room.
Otherwise a quick sneeze and wipe never hurt anyone.
BTW, keep some hand wipes VISIBLY out so people don't think you're wiping residual nasal mucous on them.
