I have started this new workout at the gym, upper body one day, cardio next, lower body etc. etc
Today is cadio day but after yesterdays lower body workout some muscle are well very sore, especially after doing Barbell Squats, which was the first time i done that specific exercise.
So do you think i should let it rest or just go to the gym and do light walking or the eliptical machine?
