Should I go for this dining table?

I have an informal dining room in a 2 brdm condo w/hunter green carpet on the 1st floor that extends into an informal dining room by the kitchen and sliding doors that opens to a wood deck. Here are some pics of the table:

Comes in 3 colors: Cherry, Natural and Wenge.

The other option is to go with a counter height table:

pic 1 through 4 are identical, fyi.

i wouldn't do glass tables, but that's just me. it looks kind of nice, though.

fortunoffs has a good sale (about 50% of tables plus free chairs) and they deliver to NJ. maybe you should look into that? we just bought ours there. however, the tables are less modern than the table you're referring to.

Looks nice but I've got a history with glass tables... split the bridge of my nose open accidentaly hitting one with my head.

My history w/glass tables have been pretty good so far. My computer desk is a glass top one and I've had it for 3 yrs now?
