Should I go for different ram?

I am about to order an IWILL KK266 M/B and 850 Duron. Here is my question. I have 256 meg of Kingston valueram, Pc-100 cas2 that I would like to use. Is this going to hold me back from overclocking the duron? Or should I really go with Pc-133 or Pc-150?
I hate to replace the kingston as I bought it right before it started coming down. But if I really need to I would like to know now.

hehe valueram that sounds funny. It doesn't look to bad so I think the duron itself will be whats keeping back the OCing

It shouldn't hold you back so long as you set it to CAS3. Remember that you can run the memory bus at the same speed as the FSB or at +33MHz., so if you were overclocking the FSB, you could always lower the memory bus.
