PICTURE - See how my tower hangs off the edge of my desk? Well it kinda wobbles and i've been thinking of going smaller.

What do you guys reccomend?

I am in LOVE with the Lian Li PC-402a - LINK, but Im worried i have too much stuff to fit in such a small space.... One PCI might just kill me :D

Hrpmh....

If you really need the space can't you put the tower on the floor?

Nice setup by the way...

I have an antec Aria and it fits all I need. I can put 3 HDs and a burner or cd but that's it. I also have a 9800 pro inside but it was a tight squeeze. If you have the external audio connector on the MB (mine is asus), then you might have some trimming to do to make all your pci cards fit. I have the aria slot fan, a wireless card and then my vid card and there's no more room at the in.

So, unless you need a TB of space or lots of peripherals, sff will most likely work for you.

Hmm the Aria looks very promising... Not sure if im a fan of the looks though (my primary reason for liking the Lian-Li SFF).

I've owned Antec cases before and loved them, but i hate steel :)

Hmmmmm.....

On second thought, looking at the pix on newegg it would actually match my new LCD's perfectly.......

I could also pay for it by selling my extra drives, MB, case, PS, and cards :)

couldnt you just rotate your case a lil to the left and when you have to put a cd in use your right hand around the corner post?

I'm running the Asus PvP800-vm in my aria. It's got everything but firewire.

depends .... sff is more costly if you like to upgrade. instead of buying and adding new drives to your old ones, you quickly end up having to replace drives with much larger ones for any upgrade...
