Should I give this trade, which has turned bad, more time?

Ok i bought a dvd movie, it was 10 shipped, i know thats not much but thats not why i am mad, its because i didn't buy it for me, i bought it for my friend who wanted it bad but he didn't have enough to get it, i still have the paypal receipt and everything from what i paid him, I have pm'd him with no answers back, he was on last nite, he is on AIM right now and me and my friend both IM him but he won't answer. should i keep waiting or what? it has been almost 3 weeks since i paid him.

Is he still your friend? IM this info to ALL your mutual friends so they won't get burned. The humiliation ought to be worth at least $10.00.

Ten bucks is a cheap price to pay for a lesson that can save you a lot of money in the future. If the $10.00 is worth the time you'll spend then yes go ahead. What I suggest is that you post a negative evaluation at Heatwarer regarding this individual so nobody else will get taken by him

i was thinking i am going to send an email with a 24 hour notice, saying that if he does not respond via, email, pm or aim that i will give him a negative heatware. what do ya'll think?

I say if the deal isnt made within 24hrs, and the item isnt shipped within the next 1.5 business days of the deal then its crap!
