Should I give the UPS guy a pecuniary gift?

During the year 2009, the UPS delivery guy brought joy to my life every week in the form of a package with some kind of gadget, tool, or computer accessory inside a nice brown box.

During the summer months with the blazing sun, the package arrived.
During the frigid months with the sub-zero temps, the package arrived.

Even during the time when the doorbell was broken, the package arrived.

Is there a reason not to give a little gift to such a wonderful man?

I fixed her daughters laptop lcd, shattered it and got a replacement off ebay and charged her $50 and she was extremely pleased. I have a shipment coming tomorrow to my house that probably has to be signed for. Chances are good that she will bring it to work for me.
