Should I get this TV

I have the opportunity to get this TV for $1000. It's open box though. Should I pull the trigger, or wait a bit?

Not a bad deal if it is just open box and not some floor model thats been on the past 9 months straight. What kind of warranty does it have, and what is the store return policy?
