Should I get this PSU?

My motherboard is an ABIT KV8 Pro.

Its says its not compatible with standard ATX and ATX12V, but is it because of the 24 pins?

It has a 36A 12V rail... I can get it for 110usd.

What do you all think? Should I get it?

I have the 430 watt version of the True Power, and it's backwards compatible with standard ATX. The extra connections slide right off for standard ATX. I like this line of PSUs. It says in that link that the EPS12 version is for servers. Go with the regular True Power.

Well... it has a thermal controller, or so it implies.

Completely incompatible. EPS12v is for servers that meet SSI standards, not ATX.
This is the standard ATX550
