I'm sure a good few of you who look at the ads in the sunday paper have seen it, but if not, Circuit City is selling this Toshiba laptop originally priced at $680 for $450 without any rebates.

Looking at the specs, it seems to be a bit better than what I can get from dell for the same price after a $100 rebate, so I'm really considering getting it since I've wanted a notebook for a while without having to spend a lot.
So basically, I'm asking for your thoughts. Should I go for it or wait for something better to come along? How good are Toshiba laptops in general? They're also offering a free router, printer, and some other stuff with it but I think those require rebates.
My brother will probably end up actually buying this since I'm saving up for a new desktop myself, but I don't want him spending $500 on a laptop that'll give him trouble in a few months or something.
