Should I get this Computer?

I currently have a PC is my dorm room and looking for a second one......to compliment my current PC.. Planing to use it for web surfing, word prcessing, MP3 play back, TV, a bit of programming as well as a sever for splitting my ADSL....
would you take this for $250
i810 for Intel Celeron/PIII
Intergrated Hardware DVD w TV OUT
Intergrated 5.1 Sound
Intergrated Intel 10/100 LAN
Intergrated v.90 Modem
Comes with the DVD ROM and FDD
Comes in flashy Ultraslim formfactor case....(H 10' x D 15' x 4 )
(its non expandable thou )

I currently have spare 20.5 gig IBM HDD and a 13.3 inch flat pannel....I would have to get the CPU and RAM HDD...
If I do take it..what should I take celeron or PIII ?

So what your paying $250 for is an all integrated MB, case, power supply, CD & floppy...sounds a little steep. Piece it together yourself and if you spend Case $50, CD/DVD $50, Floppy $15, MB $100 adds up to a little oer $200. Try to bone him down a bit...
