should i get the ASPI drivers version 4.70 for Windows XP?

I tryed XP with out running forseaspi and I made 3 coasters @ 24X,I ran forceaspi 4.6 and it all good now
I did some reading and all the big time burner run forceaspi with XP and all other windows
and were can I find v 4.7
 
What exactly is ASPI drivers? I have a 29160 and a seagate 10k rpm cheetah drive, are these drivers applicable to my situation, and will they help anything?
