Should I get GTX660 for Premiere? (Currently have a MSI7850)

I got a new setup this august and I guess I didn't do enough research before I bought everything.

I currently have:

i5 3450 3.1GHz
MSI 7850 2GB
8GB 1333MHz RAM
128GB SSD
1TB/500GB HDD
Cooler Master PSU 450W

I work with Premiere CS6 and I often have to export longer videos. I have a rather powerful GPU, but it just sits there, doing nothing.
I've heard that CUDA improves the exporting times greatly, so I figured I could sell my MSI 7850 and buy a GIGABYTE GTX660.

1) How much better is this card at exporting (CUDA)?
2) How much shorter would the export times be?
3) Would my PSU be powerful enough If I bought it?

It looks like your card can do most of the the things in OpenCL with a few exceptions.
What can Premiere Pro CS6 process with OpenCL?

Everything that Premiere Pro CS6 can process with CUDA, with four exceptions:
Fast Blur effect
Gaussian Blur effect
Directional Blur effect
Basic 3D effect

In our first iteration of OpenCL processing, we weren’t able to get enough performance improvement for these four effects, so they are for now better left on the CPU. But everything else that Premiere Pro CS6 can process with CUDA can be processed with OpenCL, and that’s a lot.

And your PSu should be good for GTX660 too.

I'm pretty sure that article is talking about mac os x. I have no idea how to enable openCL on windows.

I looked around the internet and most threads just say this:
"Premiere Pro CS6 will not use OpenCL for GPU acceleration on Windows"

Which means I'm stuck with not even using my GPU with premiere. It's just sitting there.

I just remembered it from a while back and hadn't cacheted on that they had not enabled OpenCL for Windows.
To me that seems really stupid, but leaves you no choice for GPU acceleration.

As to how much time you will save I don't know, but I think it might be quited a bit in some tasks.
