Should I get Arctic Silver Ceramique, or Arctic Silver 3, or another type of thermal paste?

I am getting the Thermalright SLK-900-U for my Barton 2500+ and wonder what thermal paste I should use. I plan on getting Arctic Silver Ceramique or Artic Silver 3. I wonder which one I should get. Let me know which you think is better and feel free to tell me about other brands. Thanks for your help in advance.

I use AS3 but I've had good luck with the radioshack $1.89 stuff too. I don't think it makes a huge difference as long as you use some sort of goop.

i picked up a tube of ceramique since i read that it's non conductive unlike AS3 and won't fry anything even if the substance ran off the head plate, but it was really sticky and was hard to spread it out really thin. i'm sure being down in the basement prob made it worse, but still, when i borrowed my friend's AS 3 i didn't have that problem, i'd go with AS3.. even tho you already made the decision ^^

i used AS3 with my 1700+, got 28 degrees (C) with slk800 and tornado
i used the generic stuff that came with the slk800, got 28 degrees C with tornado.
conclusion: it doesn't matter what you use
