Saw one of those late night commercials... 🙂

Do they really work? Can they provide long term or temporary back pain relief? Which one of buy?

I bought one last year. I can't hang upside down, makes my head feel like it's gonna explode. I usually do about 35 degrees, but it makes my lower back hurt, so I don't do it often. I recommend you don't buy a new one, get a cheap used one and see how it works for you. You can always upgrade later.
