Should I get an ATI AIW X600 or Connect X800GTO ?

I am wondering should I buy the ATI AIW or this Card. I do want something I could potentially hook up my cable box to and watch TV. Could I do this with the Connect, or do I need a card like the AIW ? Don't play games much, but I still want a good, fast card.
