Your setup is pretty sweet... I would just wait until the nForce440 and Athlon4 are out... then upgrade.
 
Good point splice! The upcoming Nforce and Athlon4 combo will be a killer performance setup. Even better then the Northwood P4!
 
looking at August/Sept Time frame at the latest early october but you should most likely be able to get one mid september

and dont count Northwood out yet

tho i am going Nforce / Palomino as my next upgrade primarily because northwood will be primarily competing against AMD's 2002 core the thoroughbred
 
Some are saying 2 weeks before Palomino + Nforce! I really don't know about two weeks. I'm thinking that 1.5 Athlon will come out real soon and Nforce late september.
