Should I get a printer with Apple's $100 off deal

I'm about to get a Macbook and am trying to decide if I should get a printer. Are any of them a particularly good deal?

I bought the hp3180 (f.a.r.)on a whim at the store when i saw the deal. Unless you know the printer is decent, dont jump on it like i did. My mistake and to make it worse, I didnt get my rebate and 2 months after the expiration date on the program they said i sent in the wrong upc code, which was b.s.

My mom has not had a problem with the rebate program.
